2+ Months Ahead
Pick a date and time for your event and book through our online system or by contacting us directly. Read the rental agreement and pay the 50% deposit to lock in your booking. Our dates fill up quickly so the earlier you can get started the better!
Promotion Time
Promote your event using social media, posters, media outreach, and word of mouth. Be sure to include the date, doors open time, show time, ticket or cover charge, ticket link if applicable, etc. Remember to tag the Primal Note Studios social media accounts as collaborators so we can advertise your event to our followers!
Day of the Show
Pay the remaining 50% of the booking fee on or before the day of the event. Email us your background image, logo, or video loop. Arrive for load in and soundcheck, organize the band gear, vender tables, and door person. Enjoy the space, make some new fans, and have a great show!
